English 3, post 3 "Your favorite piece of technology"

 My favorite piece of technology are the tincture, paints or colorants, that have always been used in humanity in everything we know. 

This important material, it has been used has decoration and as protection of objets, granting an identity and emotionality. Also applying to ourselves in our clothes and art. Its hard to imagine the life without colors, nature is in colors, and we try to give that same spirit to our things.

The way they are used is varied, and super extended, but just by seeing some color we unconsciously assign a character to an object. If it is very sad or very happy. Relating in a very intimate way with art, even with marketing strategies, combining these colors in logos and commercials to promote an idea more effectively.

There are many types of technologic materials with which we can express colors, from oils even wall painting, having each material apart from a color, a characteristic that applies to the context in which it is used, like, be waterproof, fast dry, phosphorecent, permanent, antivirus, etc. 

Independent of the objetive, coloring materials, have formed part of our history, being the expression of the peoples, the expression of a fashion, being the expression of an art.

More than my favorite, the subject that teach me the most was "chemical laboratory techniques" taken in the first semester. It consisted of knowing how a laboratory works and there i learned to carry out my first experiments. English 3, Post 7, "Tell us about an expert/person in your field that you admire."

In the area of ​​food engineering, i really feel that i don't know much to admire someone. But considering that for the next semester i can be in the career of sound engineering, i prefer to talk about this topic if i may.  This time im going to talk about Édouard-Léon Scott de Martinville, a French printer born in 1817 and the inventor of the first device capable of recording sound, the phonoautograph, dating from the year 1857. A device capable of transcribing sound to a visible medium. Basically by means of a system that had a horn that collected the waves and through a trace graph the sound. The only problem is that the sound could not be played again. English 3, Post 4, "A meal or Food you really like"

 Well, i have never thought much about my favorite foods, but i must say that when i was little i really liked sweet flavors. Cakes, pastries and cookies were my greatest pleasure. My mother always prepared these delicacies and i enjoyed them a lot.  However, when i grew up, the salty flavors became more important to me, maybe because i felt they took away my hunger more consistently than cookies, especially in college, where the long days made me feel hungrier than usual. More than a favorite food, i like a specific season because of the foods that are cooked in it, and it happens on national holidays. I love roasts, empanadas, choripanes, mote with huesillos and Chilean salad and the festive atmosphere surrounding these meals. I know they are not the healthiest preparations for health, but hey! September is only once a year :D
